Soul Retreat is a family home offering ample living space in the elevated open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, plus three bedrooms, three bathrooms and an additional guest toilet.

On the sunny north-westerly side of the home, open the bi-folding doors of the lounge and let the fresh coastal air in. Find yourself wandering out onto the sheltered sundeck to enjoy the year-round warm weather that Cable Bay enjoys.

The interior of Soul Retreat has been carefully curated and decorated with the right balance of homely furnishings, great pops of colour, and modern fittings. It comes equipped with a BBQ, a Smart TV with Netflix for evening entertainment, and WiFi when you want to post some great snaps of the view!

With the estuary right at the bottom of the garden, you and your family will be able to come and go from the water's edge all day long. There is a kayak on-site, just waiting to hit the water. And when you get back, there is even an outdoor shower to help everyone rinse off!

If you have plans to bring the boat and head out onto the water, the Taipa boat ramp is 1km away.

Soul Retreat sits at the northern edge of Cable Bay, with amazing neighbouring towns and beaches all nearby and when you don't feel like cooking, take a short seven-minute drive to the famous Mangonui Fish Shop!

There are two kayaks available to use one single and one double. There are two life-jackets available to use with the kayaks but we do recommend that guests bring their own well-fitting life-jackets to ensure safety.Please be aware there is an attached unit that is tenanted and will be occupied during your stay. As the property has unfenced access to the estuary, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.Guests should take care when accessing the property as there is a steep driveway.Please note the pictured spa pool is not available for guest use.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
